Returns

    • Items must be in unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags still attached.
    • Certain items, such as personal care products, electronic items, and perishable goods, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please refer to individual product pages for specific exclusions.
  2. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wowpariz.com with your order number and reason for the return.
    • Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
    • Please ensure the returned product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Return Shipping Costs

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
    • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process

    • Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
    • If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you must return the original product and place a new order.

    • Please follow the same process as for returns, and after receiving your refund, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Products

    • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.
    • To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.
  2. Replacement Products

    • If a product is found to be defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods such as food or plants
  • Health and personal care items (unless unopened and unused)
  • Custom or personalized items

Late or Missing Refunds
