Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

How to Return a Product

  2. Ship the item to the return address provided in the return instructions.
  3. Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Products returned in used or damaged condition

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
